What is FootGolf?

FootGolf is a precision sport where players kick a soccer ball into a cup — in as few shots as possible. FootGolf as a game is played all around the world but, as a sport is regulated by the Federation for International FootGolf FIFG.ORG and present in more than thirty countries. Founded in 2011, the American FootGolf League AFGL.US is an official member of the FIFG and governing body for the sport of FootGolf in the U.S. since July 2012.

Who invented it?

People began playing in Europe around 1990's, then it spread to South and North America, Africa, Asia and Oceania in the first decade of the new millennium.



How can I get involved?

Where can I play?

The beauty of FootGolf is that it can be as fun or as competitive as you want. You can play with your family, friends, co-workers, or with your clients! You can also organize corporate events, birthday parties or serious tournaments. The AFGL organizes the U.S. National Championship, the U.S. Pro-Am FootGolf Tour, participates in the European Trophy Tour and represents the United States at FIFG World Cup. What equipment do you need?

A regulation FIFA #5 soccer ball. You can bring your own or rent one at the Pro-Shop.
